Among his latest projects we could mention 80 South Street, which is a residential skyscraper which has its name after its own address, and which is made of 10 city houses shaped as cubes placed one on top of the other. These houses have a pattern resembling a ladder and so each house has a roof of its own. This so-called ‘townhouse in the sky” type of design has brought Mr. Calatrava a lot of clients, despite the enormous price of $30.000.000 for each cube in particular.
Calatrava is also the author of what was once an approved project, but it is currently canceled: that of the Chicago Spire skyscraper in the city of Chicago. It was abandoned out of financial reasons. The building was intended to be constructed starting in 2007, in August, and to be finished in the year of 2011. It might have been North America’s tallest building. Unfortunately (perhaps), this project was canceled at the beginning of 2010.
At any rate, Calatrava’s works also include a number of three bridges in Dallas, over the Trinity River. However, the building of the very first bridge, called Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge after its donor, was continuously postponed because of financial difficulties again. This has brought up many controversial debates, and critiques..
Another impressive project belonging to the Spanish designer is the Tenerife Concert Hall. The Tenerife Concert Hall is situated in Santa Cruz, Tenerife’s capital, in the Los Llanos area. It is located between the port’s edge and Marine Park and it is a connection between the ocean and the city, being highly appreciated as part of the city.
The Tenerife Auditorium is a building finished in the year of 2003. This building has a very famous organic structure under the form of white-blue sails. The auditorium has a big concert hall, an opera hall and some other smaller rooms. It is one of the city’s emblems and one of the most photographed buildings in the world. It is located close to Santa Cruz of Tenerife port, and therefore it is close to the sea. It represents one of the main tourist attractions in Tenerife and Canary Islands.

I am living with my parents in Miami now.In my point of view,Miami is the best city to live in.In fact,I have travelled to many other cities. But I still love Miami. That is why I set up a wordpress blog and share my experiences with my readers.
I have concluded three reasons to live in Miami:
First, there are various kinds of resorts in Miami. We all want to live in a place with beautiful scenery. Then,Miami will surely satisfy you because it is famous for its sea and beach. There are many activities for you to choose from when you come to Miami. The most interesting thing is to sail on the beautiful sea.Othe than sailing,I am also fond of diving.Miami will give you many fresh ideas when you settle down in this city.
Second, the people here are very passional. It means that you can make friends with the people there. We are all afraid of being alone because that will make us feel lonely.Living in Miami means that you can free yourself from loneliness.
Third, there are many delicious dishes for us.Miami is a very big city and you can taste the dishes from all over the world. You do not have to worry that your lunch is very drab.
So do you want to settle down in Miami like me?If your answer is yes,you had better find a Mesa Property Management company to help you.

Miami is very famous in the world. So do you want to go there?Of course ,you should know the basic information about it.
Miami is the capital of South America, for many reason. One, it’s location. Two, it houses many immigrants from Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, and Ecuador, among others. People pick Miami as Spanish is the first language among locals and English is not necessary unless you are in a mainstream job that makes it necessary for you to know it.
That said, there are many things to do in Miami. If you are into the party scene, Miami gets even better. If you follow sports, you will find the best tailgating is at the University of Miami football games, where the Hurricanes have reigned as national champions numerous times. The “U” is synonymous with success, and the tailgating is second to none at the “U.” Sports fans will also find plenty of cold beverages at Marlins, Heat, and Panther games.
The “lounge” crowd needs to look no further than the select hotels in South Beach. The Delano and Shore Club are the two premier hotels that take in the rich and famous, along with people who don’t mind shelling out big bucks for drinks to mingle with the “A list” crowd.
